Born from a mother's mission
Fundamentally Awesome was born during the difficult time between diagnosis and therapies — a time when families are left waiting and searching for answers.
Founded by Alicea Townsend, a mother who experienced firsthand the challenges of long waitlists, lost coverage, and insurance exclusions, we exist to bridge the gaps left by overburdened systems.
